1. Heat oven to 400ºF.
2. Combine potatoes, bacon and dressing and spread onto rimmed baking sheet.
3. Bake for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender and crisp around the edges, stirring after 25 minutes.
4. In the meantime, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice and garlic.
5. Spoon potatoes onto platter. Serve, topped with mayonnaise mixture, cheese and parsley.
