1. Combine apple pie filing, cranberries and spice. Place in shallow 2-quart baking dish coated with cooking spray. Set aside.
2. In medium size bowl, mix together caramel topping and flavoring. Toss with KELLOGG'S SPECIAL K cereal until thoroughly coated. Place evenly over pie filling mixture.
3. Bake at 350° F about 25 minutes or until cereal is golden brown. Serve warm.Note VARIATIONS: Substitute raisins, dried currants, dried cherries or dried blueberries for cranberries.
