Combine beef and barbecue sauce in large resealable plastic bag. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Slice unpeeled potatoes lengthwise into 1/2-inch pieces. Toss with olive oil, garlic, and salt and pepper to taste.
Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium-high (350°F to 400°F). Grill potato slices 10 minutes per side or until tender.
Remove beef from marinade; discard marinade. Grill beef 5 to 7 minutes or to desired doneness, turning occasionally. To serve, place beef on top of potatoes. Top with fresh parsley, if desired.
