Ball Field Brats

Preheat grill to medium direct heat (300F to 350?F). Place bratwurst in a single layer in a heavy-duty foil pan. Arrange onion and sauerkraut over bratwurst. Pour beer into pan.

Place foil pan directly on grill rack; grill, covered, 20 to 25 minutes or until cooked through.

Meanwhile, heat or lightly grill rolls.

Spread rolls with mustard, place 1 bratwurst in each roll, and top with onion mixture. Sprinkle with caraway seeds, if desired, and serve.
