In a medium skillet heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add sunflower seeds and almonds. Cook, stirring, until lightly browned. In a large bowl combine toasted seeds and almonds, broccoli slaw and green onion.
Break up ramen noodles from both packages. Add noodles to slaw mixture; toss to combine.
For dressing, in a small bowl whisk together grapeseed oil, vinegar, sugar, and seasoning packet from 1 noodle package (discard the other seasoning packet). Drizzle dressing over salad; toss to coat. Cover and chill 2 to 6 hours before serving.
