Preheat oven to 300°F. Grease a shallow baking pan. In a large mixing bowl combine oatmeal and steel-cut oats. In another bowl combine oil, honey and cinnamon. Add to oats mixture; stir well.

Spread granola evenly in pan; place in oven. Bake 1 hour, stirring every 10 minutes.

Remove from oven; let cool. Store in an airtight container.
