Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Set aside.
In a large bowl beat eggs with electric mixer on medium speed 1 minute. Add cake mix, water, oil and pudding mix; beat until just combined. Stir in bananas and walnuts. Pour batter into baking pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
Bake 1 hour or until a wooden toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool completely on a wire rack.
