Biscuit Beef Bake

Preheat oven to 375°F. In large ovenproof skillet cook ground beef, onion and bell pepper until meat is brown and vegetables are tender. Drain fat. Stir in chili powder, beans, brown sugar and ketchup. Bring to a simmer.

Remove skillet from heat; sprinkle with cheese. Top with biscuits. Bake 15 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
