In 10-inch skillet, heat oils over medium heat. Cook and stir garlic and mushrooms in oils 2 minutes.
Stir in green beans (reserving almond packet). Cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring constantly, until vegetables are tender. Sprinkle with almonds and soy sauce.
*To rehydrate mushrooms: In medium bowl, pour hot water over mushrooms. Let stand about 20 minutes or until soft. Drain mushrooms thoroughly. Remove and discard tough stems; slice mushrooms.
