Cumin-Spiced Sirloin with Tomatillo Salsa

For salsa, combine tomatillos, jalapeo, onion, cilantro, 2 teaspoons of the lime juice, half the minced garlic, and 1/8 teaspoon of the salt in food processor; process until smooth.

In small bowl combine remaining 4 teaspoons lime juice, remaining minced garlic, remaining 1/8 teaspoon salt, and cumin; pour over steak. Marinate 30 minutes.

Preheat broiler. Coat rack of broiling pan with nonstick cooking spray. Set oven shelf 51/2 inches from broiler. Place steaks on rack. Broil steaks 6 to 8 minutes each side or until instant-read thermometer registers 160F for medium. Serve with tomatillo salsa.
