1. In medium mixing bowl, add creamy poppy seed dressing, ground ginger and white balsamic vinegar. Mix thoroughly. Refrigerate.
1. Combine romaine lettuce, bibb lettuce, apples, pears, carrots, celery, baby corn and water chestnuts.
2. Toss with dressing.
3. Garnish with Kellogg's® Low Fat Granola cereal and currants.
