Prepare homemade vinaigrette to dress salad greens and vegetable salads or use as simple marinade for chicken, steak or shrimp before grilling.
Mix all ingredients in medium bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Cover.
Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve over salad greens.
