Greek Charoset

In a large food processor combine dates, raisins, walnuts, pine nuts, lemon zest, cinnamon and ginger; pulse until coarsely chopped.

Add 1/2 cup wine; pulse until a coarse paste forms, adding more wine to taste.

Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
