Ashkenazi Charoset

In a large bowl combine apples and walnuts. Add brown sugar and cinnamon; toss to coat. Stir in honey and wine; stir to coat. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

*Apples may be peeled or left unpeeled.
