Sweet Berry Sorbet

Combine orange juice and honey in a small saucepan. Bring to boiling; boil 1 minute. Remove from heat; let cool.

In a blender combine berries and 1/4 cup of the cooled juice mixture; blend to a smooth pur°e.

In a medium bowl combine pur°éed berries, remaining juice mixture, and lime juice; stir well. Pour mixture into the freezer container of an electric or hand-turned ice-cream maker. Freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
