Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Select plump bananas without bruises. Greenish bananas ripen to a bright yellow color quickly in 1 or 2 days. Store, uncovered, at room temperature. Beginning at the stem end, peel and eat. When using slices, cut the fruit at the last minute or it will turn brown.
Place bananas, yogurt, honey and cinnamon in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Add ice to blender a few cubes at a time; blend until smooth. Pour into 4 glasses and serve.
