Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium (300°F to 350°F).
Place bananas cut-side down on grill. Grill 2 to 3 minutes or until lightly browned. Turn bananas (peel-side down); grill 5 minutes. Transfer to a cutting board and remove peels.
Place 4 banana pieces in the bottom of each of 4 individual bowls. Top with ice cream, peanut butter chips and toffee bits. Drizzle with chocolate and/or caramel sauce. Top with crushed pretzels, sprinkles and a cherry, and serve.
