Brown ground meat in large skillet on high heat. Drain fat, if desired.
Stir in Chili Spices & Seasonings, water, beans and tomatoes. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low. Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Serve with shredded Cheddar cheese and sour cream, if desired.
*Substitution Tip: Use 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce in place of the diced tomatoes.
Chicken & Black Bean Chili: Prepare as directed, using ground chicken. Use 1 can (15 ounces) black beans in place of the kidney beans. Serve with shredded Cheddar cheese and sour cream, if desired.
