1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. Simmer pasta until al dente, drain.
3. Combine cottage cheese, spices, drained mushrooms, olives, spinach, broccoli, and parmesan cheese.
4. Fold in pasta sauce.
5. Toss mixture with cooked pasta.
6. Place in oven safe dish and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
7. Bake for 30 minutes at 350ºF.
