In a medium saucepan combine onion, vinegar, wine, raisins, sugar, red pepper flakes, ginger and cinnamon stick. Place over medium-high heat. Bring to boiling; cook 10 minutes. Stir in grapes. Reduce heat; simmer 20 minutes. Remove cinnamon stick; set aside.
Preheat oven to 350F. Coat a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Place Brie in baking dish; spoon grape relish over Brie.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes. Transfer Brie and relish to a serving platter. Serve with crackers or French bread slices.
