For marinade, whisk together garlic, lemon juice, parsley, oregano and oil in a small bowl.
Thread meat and vegetables onto 8 skewers, alternating bell pepper, lamb, mushrooms, chicken and onion.† Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Pour marinade over skewers; cover and chill 30 minutes.
Preheat grill to medium-high (350°F to 400°F). Remove skewers from marinade; reserve marinade. Grill skewers 6 to 8 minutes per side or until chicken is no longer pink, basting occasionally with marinade. Transfer skewers to a platter and serve.
