Coat broiler pan rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat broiler. Meanwhile, cut up any large pieces of fruit in the chutney.
Trim fat from chops. Season to taste with pepper. Place chops on unheated broiler pan rack. Broil chops 3 to 4 inches from heat 5 minutes. Remove pan from broiler; brush chops with 2 tablespoons of the chutney. Turn chops and brush with another 2 tablespoons chutney. Broil 3 to 6 minutes more for medium (150°F).
For chutney glaze, in a small saucepan combine mango, remaining 1/4 cup chutney and 1 tablespoon water. Bring to boiling. Spoon chutney glaze on chops, and serve.
