Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly coat shallow baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Place fillets in baking dish; set aside.
In small saucepan over medium-low heat, stir together apricot preserves, garlic, orange peel, rosemary, salt and pepper until heated. Pour over halibut.
Bake 15 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
