Vegan Pasta Primavera

1. Cook pasta according to package directions, except add zucchini, summer squash, snap peas and carrots during the last 2 minutes of cooking. Drain.

2. Meanwhile, cook MORNINGSTAR FARMS GRILLERS Vegan burgers according to package directions. Cut each burger into 8 wedges.

3. In small saucepan whisk together soy milk, flour, garlic and pepper. Cook and stir over medium heat until boiling and slightly thickened. Remove from heat. Gradually stir in cheese until melted.

4. In large bowl toss together vegetable mixture, burger pieces, cheese mixture, tomatoes and basil. Garnish with basil sprigs, if desired.
