Meanwhile, for suace, heat cream cheese and milk in a saucepan over low heat until cheese melts, stirring until smooth. Gently stir in crabmeat and onions. Heat through.
Pour sauce over pasta and toss to coat. Let stand 1 minute. Toss again. Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve immediately.
