Combine cracker crumbs and butter. Press evenly and firmly into the bottom of a 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
In a medium bowl combine cream cheese and sugar. Blend until smooth. Spoon evenly over crumb crust.
Slice bananas and arrange on top of cream cheese layer. Spoon pineapple over bananas.
Spread whipped topping over pineapple. Arrange strawberry halves in four rows across the top. Sprinkle with nuts and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
Cover and refrigerate 4 to 8 hours.
