Mix oil, lime juice, cilantro, salt, garlic powder and red pepper in medium bowl until well blended. Place pork in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Spoon 1/2 of the oil mixture over pork; turn to coat well. Reserve remaining oil mixture.
Refrigerate pork 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove pork from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. Add tomatoes and avocado to reserved oil mixture; toss gently. Set aside.
Preheat broiler. Place pork chops on broiler rack and pan coated with no stick cooking spray. Broil 5 minutes; turn and sprinkle with paprika. Broil 5 minutes longer or until desired doneness. Serve pork chops with avocado mixture
