Warm Spinach Arti-CHO-ke Dip

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Combine the first 8 ingredients in a large bowl; stir until well blended. Stir in water chestnuts, spinach, and artichoke hearts.

Spoon spinach-artichoke mixture into an 8-inch square, baking dish coated with cooking spray. Top with feta, and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until artichoke mixture is hot and begins to brown. Serve warm with pita chips and crudite.
