For teriyaki sauce, in a small bowl combine teriyaki marinade, vinegar, fish sauce and ginger. Set aside.
For peanut sauce, in another small bowl combine peanut butter, soy sauce, 1 tablespoon green onion, oil and red pepper flakes. Stir in 5 tablespoons water, 1 tablespoon at a time. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a medium bowl combine ground turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup green onion, garlic, mustard and soy sauce. Form into 48 meatballs and place on a large baking sheet.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until an instant-read thermometer registers 165°F and meatballs are browned. Serve with teriyaki sauce and peanut sauce for dipping.
